This game is pretty simple. You just answer "Guilty" or "Not Guilty" when the question is asked, and then you ask a new question. The beginning of the question is always the same... Have you ever... e.g "made out with a complete stranger?" or "sung out loud when you thought nobody was listening, but it turns out someone was?"... you get the picture, right?
The guy who answers the question should ask the next question...

Have you ever been a complete redatr on purpouse in the middle of the street where any car can run you over? I have!! I was doing the funky chicken and I was like 4 inches from getting ran over.
