Name: Colbie Ophelia Corey
Nickname(s): Colbie Cakes, Co
Species: Witch
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Weight: 106 lbs.
Height: 5'2"
Eye Color: Colbie's eyes are a Chocolate Brown/Honey-Hazel color.
Hair Color: Brunette
Tattoos/Piercings:
Scars/Birth Marks: Colbie has a scar on the back of her right calf from freshman year after falling on a spike holding up one of the tents at the back to school carnival.
Physical Appearance: One word can sum up Colbie's appearance, glamorous.
Colbie strives on perfection, only wearing name brand, expensive clothes and accessories, and while she may not have the richest family in Legend Falls, she still manages to keep her hair frizz free, shiny, long and healthy, as if she'd just stepped out of an herbal essences shampoo commercial. As for her dress? Nothing except the best. Although she may not be able to dress like the stars, she's always sporting the best from the most expensive boutiques and shops in town, but she's not above stores like American Eagle or Abercrombie. Let's face it, they have cute skirts.
On top of looking her best hair wise and always wearing the latest fashion of the week, she also has quite the collection of shoes. There are rumors going around that she's never worn the same pair twice, however, she would beg to disagree.
Colbie loves makeup. In fact, she can't go a day without it. Not too much though, just a splash of color here or there to brighten her appearance and make herself just a tad more attractive.
The only thing missing from this fashion diva's description, are her accessories. Nothing except name brand bags, and real jewelery, unless something cute just happens to catch her eye.

About your Character:
Personality: Colbie Corey can be described as a perfectionist, striving for perfection in every aspect of her life, although, she's known to contradict herself often.
One example of Colbie contradicting herself is her organization. She loves to organize things and plan things out, as well as know what's going to happen when, however, she's not exactly a goody two shoes and loves to walk life on the wild side, living life by the moments it brings, whether planned out or spur of the moment. In fact, she loves surprises.
Colbie is a straight A student, but won't quickly show her smarts. In fact, she's quite the opposite. She'll lead you to believe she's anyone except who she is, knowledge wise. Although she can whip your ass in any educational competition, she'll lower herself with Jessica Simpson like phrases just because it's what makes her seem cuter. Let's face it, who likes a chick that's ten times smarter than you are?
Besides the already stated, she's a complete sweetheart, but she won't open up to you right away. In fact, she'll give you hell until she's sure you're worthy of her time. It's her little test of seeing who will stick around even when times get really bad.
Colbie is very particular about certain things and has a long list of tiny pet peeves, for example, people leaving numbers up on a microwave when they stop it before it's finished it's job.
Colbie can be a bit gullible at times, but for the most part, she picks up on things pretty quickly, including human emotion, so if something's bothering you, especially if you're a good friend that she holds dear, she'll be one of the first to know, and beg you to let her help. She's compassionate, and although she may not show it all the time, she even worries about what will happen to her enemies.

Colin Joseph Corey. Daddy's name has always been one of my favorite boys names, and it fits him as well. Daddy's handsome and has the softest heart you'll find in a man. He's my hero and we have a tighter relationship than any father/daughter relationship you've ever come across. He's the owner of one of the top ski resorts in the United States, and going up there on school field trips or just to have a special weekend with friends is one of my favorite past times. Daddy may have a heart of gold, but it doesn't mean he's a pushover, in fact, he's quite tough and has quite the temper.

Mommy, Penelope Marisa Corey, is by far the friendliest woman you will ever meet. She's simply amazing, and although she becomes a little too strict sometimes, she cares about those who surround her. Mommy is well put together and has the most amazing and dazzling smile. She's organized and responsible and although we may not have as close of a bond as I have with my father, she is definitely one of my best friends.

Buttons and Dahlia. They are the most adorable husky puppies you will ever meet. Buttons is a bit more friendly and playful than Dahlia, who can arrange quite the temper if she doesn't like you or if she's not getting what she wants, however, both of my puppies are playful and quite adorable. Almost everyone who meets them falls in love with them.
History: Colbie, born on November 24th, 1990, to parents who may not have lived as average a life as they may have appeared to be living to those around them.
It was almost pitch black outside on the night of a lunar eclipse, both windy and stormy and Penelope Corey, in the middle of her honey moon at her husband's ski resort, at the young age of nineteen, went into labor with the baby girl she'd been expecting for nine long months of a difficult pregnancy.
It seemed as if all hope were lost, and a mother's tears were spilled when a silent child was pulled from her womb, and after hours of tests and methods of revival, when the plug was about to be pulled on a miscarriaged baby, the storm cried out with a thunderous cry and a child's screams had broken the silence of the mourning hospital.
She grew up an average child, never interested in technology such as television, however, it didn't mean she was deprived of it. Her family's history was kept from her, however, it hadn't taken the child long to figure out there was something special about herself.
The child's imagination soared, stronger and faster than the children she'd grown up around due to her lack of interest in the media, television and movies that might have otherwise corrupted her view of certain things. Instead of discovering what the number and letter of the day is on Sesame Street, she discovered the growing and living world around herself.
At the young age of six, Colbie found herself one of eight children that had mysteriously and coincidentally found themselves traveling to the town sandwhiched between the two towns they were living in, and in the darkest part of the forest they'd gathered in on that night of a full moon, the children danced, chanting hypnotic and mesmerizing songs in Latin while performing unholy acts such as slitting each other's wrists and drinking each other's blood.
Later reports showed all of the children found that night had not been awake, an unexplained phenomena that left these three towns in both a state of fear, as well as a state of shock.
Upon her arrival back home, her parents had no choice, the secret past they had tried so hard to keep from her, had to be revealed, she was a witch, the offspring of many generations of witches dating back to the Salem witch trials. She had powers, gifts, that had been handed down to her and she would have to be schooled on how to control them, how to use them, and she would have to learn that on her eighteenth birthday, when she had her becoming ceremony she would become stronger, however, nothing comes for free, and she was warned, that the more she abused her powers, the quicker she would age.
She grew, becoming more responsible with her powers, and the chaos and confusion that she and the other children had caused had blown over, not a single word was spoken of it after two months or so and these children become brothers and sisters, soul mates. They became social butterflies, however, although the mingled and socialized, they only truly trusted each other, and their secret was kept, their powers handled within reason so as not to be discovered or cause another riot.
Colbie became better familiarized with her past, and had been the one to discover the hunters, the offspring of many generations of those who had thrived on drowning witches, hanging them or burning them at the stake. These hunters seeked revenge for their ancestors, looking to bring the past out into their present day world, seeking to destroy all those who should not have even existed, the offspring of those witches who'd escaped so easily.
Other than her past being brought out into her present day world, Colbie had lived a rather average life, taking dance lessons since the age of two, as well as taking up horseback riding lessons, voice lessons to further the already hypnotic, mesmerizing and beautifully toned voice she already had, not to mention the piano lessons she had taken on.
She became a well adjusted young woman, taking her high school world by storm, finding her brothers and sisters attending the same high school she had been enrolled into, Wenham high school. Colbie, as well as the other seven children, had brought both fear and love to their fellow school mates, becoming more popular than our average stereotypical preppy bitches. They were untouchable.
Colbie now struggles to survive in her high school world with little use of her magic so as to stay indiscreet to her peers. She still thrives on the same activities she'd taken up when she was younger, and has even added cheerleading as well as the school dance team onto her list of activities, along with visiting her boyfriend at the local college.
Other: Colbie loves to go to spas, and she's completely into health, exercise and taking care of herself. She loves to look her best at all times and is an aspiring model. She also has a hobby of making her own fashions when she has a free second.
Colbie is a vegetarian.

Taken from Drowning...in love again - Leigh Saunders
She looked at Bastian and almost started laughing. His mother tried to kill herself? Was he really that desperate to get her to be part of one of his little fantisies? All he had to do was ask. She would have been more than willing to give herself up to him. He didn't hjave to go through all the trouble of making it sound like there was something wrong and then drag her here. She especailly couldn't believe that he'd dragged his mother into this whole thing.
No. She was thinking again. She was hiding. It was okay though. As long as she didn't say anything completely out of line, she wouldn't have to go home and list the reasons she sucked at life again. She wouldn't have to take self pity or feel sympathy for the people she'd torture'd that day again. She simply shrugged her shoulders, a serious expression marked on her face.
"Oh."
She knew exactly what she was walking into now. She was walking into a world full of emotions where she might actually have to cry, or hug someone, or offer some kind, gentle words of comfort.
THoughts of going back and having some fun with that security ran through her mind more often then it should have at this moment as she walked past Sebastian, continuing down the hall even if she didn't know where she was going. It was better than standing there watching him cry over what she, herself should have been drowning in sorrow about. It didn't take her long to lose her mask though.
"No! Jesus Christ, no!"
She slammed her hand against a wall at the end of the hall before falling to her knees and burying her face into her hands. She acted as if the woman was dead, but she wasn't. It was close enough though and she could only blame herself, give herself credit for being part of the reason why the woman had killed herself. She didn't need to be friends with Bastian all these years to realize that no matter who he lied to, he was horrible at it. Even if he had told lies about the both of them being friends all this time, she knew his mother, she wouldn't have believed him.
How could she have been so cruel as to have abandoned the woman who had tried to show her real love when her parents had only bought it. How could she have treated her son like a piece of crap when he'd been there for her like a brother since they'd both popped out of thier mother's wombs. How could she have given them up for all that she had now, and let herself die only leaving a shell behind so quickly?
Leigh began trembling, still on her knees, as tears flowed down her face. She didn't care if Bastian saw or not. She didn't care if he used it against her at a later date, she deserved it. She hated everything she'd put this family through for her own personal gain.
